Congratulate Spieth on RoY award

Jordan Spieth was named the 2013 PGA TOUR Rookie of the Year on Friday. Spieth, 20, won the John Deere Classic and had nine top-10s to finish seventh in the FedExCup standings. Spieth is the first player since Tiger Woods in 1996 to qualify for the TOUR Championship by Coca-Cola after starting the season without PGA TOUR status. Spieth was 19 years old when he won the John Deere, becoming the first teenager to win on TOUR since 1931.
