With rain on way, tee times moved up

TEE TIMES: Check out Saturday's groupings here

ATLANTA -- Looks like the caddies could have their hands full on Saturday during the third round of the TOUR Championship by Coca-Cola.

A cold front will move across the state Saturday, bringing rain -- and possibly thunderstorms -- that will likely start by late morning and continue throughout the afternoon. The chance of precipitation is 80 percent.

As a result, tournament officials have decided to move tee times up on Saturday. Players will sent off No. 1 in threesomes  from 7:30-9 a.m. with an expected finish -- barring delays -- between 1:30-1:45 p.m. ET.

The good news is that conditions will improve overnight and the rain should be gone by the time the final round begins. Temperatures will reach the upper 70s on Sunday.

Friday's forecast is a nice one, as well, with ample sunshine and temperatures in the mid- to upper-80s.
