Angel Cabrera
Some weeks the golfer you find here fits any of various characteristics of a Wild Card. Other weeks, especially for deep fields like the World Golf Championships-Bridgestone Invitational, it highlights a snub from the Power Rankings. Cabrera has been playing spirited golf ever since his playoff loss at the Masters. He's added four top-15 finishes, including in his last three capped by a T11 at The Open Championship. In eight appearances at Firestone, he's tied for fourth three times (2004, 2006, 2009) and he's currently 34th on TOUR in adjusted scoring.
