Shaun Micheel's victory at the 2003 PGA Championship at Oak Hill is the only win of his PGA TOUR career. He's one of just seven players since 1950 to make a major their only TOUR win. Micheel, with 378 career TOUR starts (as of July 22), has the most starts of anyone on the list.

Three members of this group -- Martin Kaymer, Louis Oosthuizen and Charl Schwartzel -- are 20-somethings with time to add another win to their resume. Paul Lawrie and Michael Campbell were only part-time TOUR players; Lawrie never played more than eight PGA TOUR events in a single season, while Campbell never competed in more than 14.

Micheel, Campbell and Orville Moody are the only players since 1950 to make a major their only PGA TOUR victory while making more than 100 career starts.

Year Player Tournament Career starts (through 7/22)
2011 Charl Schwartzel Masters 80
2010 Louis Oosthuizen The Open Championship 64
2010 Martin Kaymer PGA Championship 59
2005 Michael Campbell U.S. Open 104
2003 Shaun Micheel PGA Championship 378
1999 Paul Lawrie The Open Championship 60
1969 Orville Moody U.S. Open 266

Note: Kaymer's win at the 2011 World Golf Championships-HSBC Champions is an unofficial victory.
