There may not be a better example of a Wild Card anywhere in the world right now. In his last nine starts worldwide, he's won three times, placed T58 at The Open Championship and missed five cuts, all in some of the most notable tournaments of the year. It defies logic, but the numbers support yet another endorsement at Glen Abbey this week. If he logged enough rounds to qualify for official rankings, he'd sit 10th on the PGA TOUR in fairways hit, 11th in strokes gained-putting, 22nd in adjusted scoring and 11th scrambling.
