Tee times set for wives' charity event

Meagan Laird caddied for Martin two years ago at Augusta National; now Martin returns the favor on Tuesday at TPC Sawgrass.

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. -- Many of the PGA TOUR pros competing in THE PLAYERS Championship this week will take a break from their preparations in order to caddie for their wives at the PGA TOUR Wives Association's annual TOUR Wives Classic, which takes place Tuesday at Dye's Valley Course at TPC Sawgrass.

The shotgun start is scheduled for 1 p.m ET and is open to all fans with a Monday or Tuesday ticket to THE PLAYERS.

A portion of the proceeds from Tuesday’s event will benefit two Jacksonville-based charities, Community PedsCare and the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation.
