Rain pounds Bay Hill

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Heavy rains hammered Bay Hill Wednesday morning, forcing the pro-am to be cut to two nine-hole events.

More importantly, it will make for a very soggy golf course once the Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by MasterCard begins, which means lift, clean and place could be in play for the opening round.

Though Thursday is expected to be clear, more rain is forecast for Friday with a 40 percent chance of showers and scattered thunderstorms for Friday night.

Sunday could be worse. There's a 60 percent of thunderstorms throughout the day.
