MP's the most generous in rota

PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. -- In the three years Monterey Peninsula Country Club has been part of the rotation at the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, the Shore Course has been the place to score.

The course plays to a par of 70 and has averaged under par each year -- 69.881 (2012), 69.839 (2011) and 68.948 (2010).

Spyglass Hills is the traditionally the most difficult of the three courses. It averaged over par in 2012 (72.582) and 2011 (72.427) but was slightly under par in 2010 at 71.605.

Everyone who makes the cut gets to play the scenic Pebble Beach twice. The fabled links averaged 71.865 in 2012 and 71.564 in 2010. Pebble Beach played slightly over par in 2011 at 72.38..
