Every keeps momentum going

Interview: Matt Every

Matt Every talks about his play in the 2012 Valero Texas Open with Bill Rosinski from SiriusXM PGA TOUR Radio.

Matt Every came to Texas on the heels of a 67 that was Sunday's low round at Hilton Head. Thursday was another good one, too, as he left himself birdie putts inside 10 feet on the first three holes on the way to a course-record 63. "It's cool to have but I mean ... in the long-run it's meaningless," Every said. "It's one round of golf. It's great to get off the a good start but I've been in this position a few times where the first round is great to shoot low but you got to keep it going."
