Prom is the exclusive hospitality catering provider for THE PLAYERS Championship. Prom is responsible for all food and beverage served on course, including the concession stands and all hospitality venues.
For Dye’s Pavilion, Championship Club and Trophy Club Clients – Your menu has been pre-selected, click to view.
For Benefactor and Turn Clients – Upscale food and beverage is available for purchase inside your venue. Clients can also purchase scrip for their clients in increments of $10.
For PLAYERS Marquee and Sawgrass Suite Clients – Please review the available options, click to view.
There are many menu items available, but they will be glad to work with you in developing any special menus that you would like to offer your clients. Brenda McFadden will contact you before the tournament to see if you have any questions about the menus and to help you determine your food and beverage requirements for this year’s tournament. Prom Management will also work with you on service times and linen selections. A deposit check equaling 50% of the total shown on the signed contract must be received by Prom Management no later than April 19. In order to better serve you and your clients, it is necessary to have your signed contract, with final menu selections, linen selection and preliminary guest counts, by March 17.
