Thank you for your interest in volunteering with THE 2020 NORTHERN TRUST! Volunteers work side by side with THE NORTHERN TRUST tournament team and PGA TOUR staff to produce one of the season’s most important tournaments, be a part of history, see the world’s best golfers up close and make lifelong friends. Better yet, volunteers enable THE NORTHERN TRUST to deliver important funds to local area charities. People don’t often realize that money generated by PGA TOUR events gets reinvested back into local communities. Since its inception in 1967, THE NORTHERN TRUST has donated more than $48 million to local charities. Volunteers are asked to work three 6-hour shifts during tournament week.
There are 22 different committees, with jobs ranging from on-course duties such as walking scorers or serving as a marshal, to other player and fan support roles such as player shuttles or admissions. See below for more information on each committee, and don’t hesitate to reach out to TNTVOLSBOS@pgatourhq.com with any additional questions.
