Dustin Johnson, THE NORTHERN TRUST’s defending champion, posted three consecutive under-par rounds Friday through Sunday at the Masters to finish T10 and record his fifth top-10 in seven starts this season and maintain his spot inside the top-10 in the FedExCup standings (No. 7). Johnson returns to his home state of South Carolina this week to play in the RBC Heritage for the first time since 2009. Johnson’s only previous appearance at Ridgewood Country Club came in 2009 where he finished T9 including the low round of the tournament with a third-round 64.
With his win, Reed has now posted four consecutive top-10s for the first time in his PGA TOUR career and has seven top-25 finishes in 13 starts this season. Reed also earned 600 FedExCup points for the victory and has now moved from No. 27 to No. 5 in the FedExCup standings.
With the halfway point of the season fast approaching, here’s a look at the current top 20 in the FedExCup standings.
