About TPC Kuala Lumpur

Formerly known as Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club, TPC Kuala Lumpur is a 36-hole tournament-standard course strategically located in the lush landscape of Bukit Kiara, just eight kilometres from the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Its proprietor Sime Darby Property designed the club as an elegant and relaxing golf haven surrounded by natural beauty. TPC Kuala Lumpur defines new standards in golf and country clubs with its superior service, excellent facilities and warm hospitality. The high quality of construction is synonymous with Sime Darby and incorporates state-of-the art technologies with impressive attention to detail. Since 2013, the CIMB Classic has been staged on the West Course, an international championship par-72 course. Originally opened in 1991, the course was redesigned by renowned international golf course architects Parslow & Winter Golf Design in 2008 and subsequently upgraded in 2018 where the greens were re-turfed with TifEagle Bermuda grass and fairways and tee boxes with ‘Celebration’ Bermuda grass. A new 80-yard short game practice area has also been built as part of the upgrading project, along with the addition of a new practice putting green.
