Alex Cejka rebounds from poor front in third round of the RSM Classic

In his third round at the RSM Classic, Alex Cejka hit 11 of 14 fairways and 15 of 18 greens in regulation, and had a great back half recovery from a poor front nine. Cejka finished his day tied for 27th at 9 under; Brendon Todd is in 1st at 18 under; Sebastián Muñoz and Webb Simpson are tied for 2nd at 16 under; and D.J. Trahan is in 4th at 15 under.
After a tee shot onto the 179-yard par-3 green sixth, Alex Cejka suffered from a tough three-putt for a bogey putting him at 1 over for the round.
On the 582-yard par-5 seventh hole, Cejka reached the green in 3 and had a three-putt after missing a 8 feet putt he finished with a 3-putt bogey, putting him at 2 over for the round.
On the par-4 eighth, Cejka's 118 yard approach to 6 feet set himself up for the birdie on the hole. This moved Cejka to 1 over for the round.
After a drive to the left side of the fairway on the 418-yard par-4 10th hole, Cejka had a 132 yard approach shot, setting himself up for the birdie. This moved Cejka to even-par for the round.
On the par-4 11th, Cejka's 129 yard approach to 7 feet set himself up for the birdie on the hole. This moved Cejka to 1 under for the round.
At the 223-yard par-3 12th, Cejka hit a tee shot 211 yards at the green, setting himself up for the 9-foot putt for birdie. This was his 3rd under-par hole in a row and moved Cejka to 2 under for the round.
