Strong putting brings Doug Ghim an even-par round two of the RSM Classic

Doug Ghim hit 13 of 18 greens in regulation during his second round at the RSM Classic, and had a good round of putting, with no misses on putts within 10 feet. Ghim finished his day tied for 59th at 4 under; Tyler Duncan is in 1st at 14 under; D.J. Trahan, Rhein Gibson, and Sebastián Muñoz are tied for 2nd at 12 under; and Fabián Gómez and Ricky Barnes are tied for 5th at 11 under.
After a drive to the right side of the fairway on the 407-yard par-4 16th hole, Doug Ghim had a 119 yard approach shot, setting himself up for the birdie. This moved Doug Ghim to even for the round.
After hitting his second shot into the native area, Ghim hit his next shot to the green and got down for bogey on par-4 second. This moved Ghim to 1 over for the round.
After a tee shot onto the 204-yard par-3 green third, Ghim suffered from a tough three-putt for a bogey putting him at 2 over for the round.
On the 429-yard par-4 fourth hole, Ghim reached the green in 2 and sunk a 18-foot putt for birdie. This moved Ghim to 1 over for the round.
On the par-4 fifth, Ghim's 92 yard approach to 7 feet set himself up for the birdie on the hole. This moved Ghim to even-par for the round.
