Adam Schenk comes back from a rocky start in round two of the RSM Classic

Adam Schenk hit 13 of 18 greens in regulation during his second round at the RSM Classic, and rebounded from a poor front to deliver a strong finish. Schenk finished his day tied for 103rd at 1 under; Tyler Duncan is in 1st at 14 under; D.J. Trahan, Rhein Gibson, and Sebastián Muñoz are tied for 2nd at 12 under; and Fabián Gómez and Ricky Barnes are tied for 5th at 11 under.
After a drive to the left side of the fairway on the 425-yard par-4 11th hole, Adam Schenk chipped in his third, carding a birdie for the hole. This moved Adam Schenk to 1 under for the round.
On the 192-yard par-3 17th, Schenk's tee shot went 190 yards to the right intermediate rough and his chip went 16 yards to the green where he rolled a two-putt for bogey. This moved him to 1 over for the round.
After a drive to the left side of the fairway on the 415-yard par-4 second hole, Schenk had a 151 yard approach shot, setting himself up for the birdie. This moved Schenk to even for the round.
At the 429-yard par-4 fourth, Schenk got on in 2 and missed his par putt from 6 feet, finishing with a 3-putt bogey. This moved Schenk to 1 over for the round.
On the par-4 fifth, Schenk's 99 yard approach to 10 feet set himself up for the birdie on the hole. This moved Schenk to even-par for the round.
On the 582-yard par-5 seventh hole, Schenk reached the green in 3 and sunk a 12-foot putt for birdie. This moved Schenk to 1 under for the round.
