Vaughn Taylor shoots 3-under 67 in round two of the RSM Classic

In his second round at the RSM Classic, Vaughn Taylor hit 13 of 14 fairways and 14 of 18 greens in regulation, finishing at 7 under for the tournament. Taylor finished his day tied for 24th at 7 under; Tyler Duncan is in 1st at 14 under; D.J. Trahan, Rhein Gibson, and Sebastián Muñoz are tied for 2nd at 12 under; and Fabián Gómez and Ricky Barnes are tied for 5th at 11 under.
On the par-4 10th, Taylor's 142 yard approach to 8 feet set himself up for the birdie on the hole. This moved Taylor to 1 under for the round.
After a drive to the left side of the fairway on the 425-yard par-4 11th hole, Taylor had a 137 yard approach shot, setting himself up for the birdie. This moved Taylor to 2 under for the round.
At the 442-yard par-4 14th, Taylor got on in 2 and missed his par putt from 5 feet, finishing with a 3-putt bogey. This moved Taylor to 1 under for the round.
On the 192-yard par-3 17th, Taylor's tee shot went 221 yards to the right intermediate rough and his chip went 29 yards to the green where he rolled a two-putt for bogey. This moved him to 2 under for the round.
On the par-4 eighth, Taylor's 121 yard approach to 5 feet set himself up for the birdie on the hole. This moved Taylor to 3 under for the round.
