Robert Streb shoots 3-over 73 in round one of the RSM Classic

Robert Streb hit 14 of 18 greens in regulation during his first round at the RSM Classic, finishing at 3 over for the tournament. Streb finished his day tied for 139th at 3 over; Webb Simpson is in 1st at 7 under; Kyoung-Hoon Lee, Cameron Tringale, and Rhein Gibson are tied for 2nd at 6 under; and Hank Lebioda, Sebastián Muñoz, Nick Taylor, Rory Sabbatini, Alex Cejka, Tyler Duncan, Brian Harman, Scott Brown, and Scott Harrington are tied for 5th at 5 under.
After a tee shot at the 179-yard par-3 sixth green, Streb suffered from a tough three-putt after missing a putt from 6-feet for a par and finished with a bogey. This put Streb at 1 over for the round.
On his tee stroke on the 418-yard par-4 10th, Streb went into the fairway bunker and proceeded to hit his next shot to the left rough leading to his bogey. He hit his third onto the green and had a two-putt to finish the hole. This moved Streb to 2 over for the round.
On the 565-yard par-5 15th hole, Streb reached the green in 3 and sunk a 4-foot putt for birdie. This moved Streb to 1 over for the round.
On the 192-yard par-3 17th, Streb's his chip went 28 yards to the green where he rolled a two-putt for bogey. This moved him to 2 over for the round.
On the 470-yard par-4 18th, Streb had a bogey after hitting the green in 3 and two putting, moving Streb to 3 over for the round.
