James Hahn shoots 2-under 68 in round one of the RSM Classic

In his first round at the RSM Classic, James Hahn hit 12 of 14 fairways and 15 of 18 greens in regulation, finishing at 2 under for the tournament. Hahn finished his day tied for 43rd at 2 under; Webb Simpson is in 1st at 7 under; Kyoung-Hoon Lee, Cameron Tringale, and Rhein Gibson are tied for 2nd at 6 under; and Hank Lebioda, Sebastián Muñoz, Nick Taylor, Rory Sabbatini, Alex Cejka, Tyler Duncan, Brian Harman, Scott Brown, and Scott Harrington are tied for 5th at 5 under.
On the par-4 11th, Hahn's 135 yard approach to 12 feet set himself up for the birdie on the hole. This moved Hahn to 1 under for the round.
Hahn tee shot went 201 yards to the right side of the fairway and his chip went 28 yards to the green where he had a two-putt for bogey, bringing Hahn to even-par for the round.
After a drive to the right side of the fairway on the 408-yard par-4 13th hole, Hahn had a 137 yard approach shot, setting himself up for the birdie. This moved Hahn to 1 under for the round.
On the 565-yard par-5 15th hole, Hahn reached the green in 3 and sunk a 3-foot putt for birdie. This moved Hahn to 2 under for the round.
At the 470-yard par-4 18th, Hahn's tee shot went 276 yards to the fairway bunker, his second shot went 161 yards to the left side of the fairway, and his chip went 26 yards to the green where he rolled a two-putt for bogey. This moved Hahn to 1 under for the round.
After a 236 yard drive on the 429-yard par-4 fourth, Hahn chipped his third shot to 7 feet, which he rolled for two-putt bogey on the hole. This moved Hahn to even for the round.
At the 179-yard par-3 sixth, Hahn hit a tee shot 180 yards at the green, setting himself up for the 15-foot putt for birdie. This moved Hahn to 1 under for the round.
On the 368-yard par-4 eighth hole, Hahn reached the green in 2 and sunk a 16-foot putt for birdie. This moved Hahn to 2 under for the round.
