Woods, Fowler share lead at 5-under in TOUR ChampionshipIn the opening round of the 2018 TOUR Championship, Rickie Fowler jumps up to the top of the leaderboard with 65 but is joined by Tiger Woods who recorded a clutch eagle on his finishing hole to earn him a share of the lead.
Brooks Koepka hit 6 of 18 greens in regulation during his second round at the TOUR Championship, finishing at 7 over for the tournament. Koepka finished his day in 30th at 7 over; Justin Rose and Tiger Woods are tied for 1st at 7 under; Rory McIlroy is in 3rd at 5 under; and Patrick Cantlay, Justin Thomas, Billy Horschel, and Jon Rahm are tied for 4th at 4 under.
On the 469-yard par-4 first, Koepka had a bogey after hitting the green in 4 and one putting, moving Koepka to 1 over for the round.
Koepka tee shot went 177 yards to the right front greenside bunker and his bunker shot went 21 yards to the green where he had a two-putt for bogey, bringing Koepka to 2 over for the round.
Koepka got a bogey on the 479-yard par-4 fourth, getting on the green in 3 and two putting, moving Koepka to 3 over for the round.
On the 455-yard par-4 eighth, Koepka had a double bogey after hitting the green in 4 and two putting, moving Koepka to 5 over for the round.
Koepka got a bogey on the 424-yard par-4 10th, getting on the green in 3 and two putting, moving Koepka to 6 over for the round.
After a 323 yard drive on the 440-yard par-4 13th, Koepka chipped his third shot to 9 feet, which he rolled for two-putt bogey on the hole. This moved Koepka to 7 over for the round.
After hitting his second shot into the fairway bunker, Koepka hit his next to the left rough and reached the green on his fourth shot, rolling a two-putt double bogey on the 454-yard par-4 16th. This moved Koepka to 9 over for the round.
After a drive to the right side of the fairway on the 590-yard par-5 18th hole, Koepka hit an approach shot from 212 yards to 14 feet, setting himself up for the birdie on the hole. This moved Koepka to 8 over for the round.
