Personal

• After graduating from high school, elected to attend Clemson University as a student. Explored options about trying to walk on to the Clemson team but wasn’t allowed. Eventually transferred to the University of San Diego, where he played college golf for three seasons.
• Favorite memory as a golf fan is watching Tiger Woods play in the U.S. Open at Torrey Pines GC in 2008.

CURRENT YEAR HIGHLIGHTS

• Mackenzie Tour-PGA TOUR Canada Q-School-USA West 1: Began the final round at Soboba Springs GC in late-March tied for 14th after a 72-70-74 start left him at 2-over. All he did on the final day was shoot a seven-birdie, two-bogey, best-of-the-day 67 to move up 11 spots into a T3, with Jeffrey Swegle, three shots behind winner Jeffrey Kang. Will be fully exempt for the first half of the Mackenzie Tour season.

Saw action in eight Forme Tour tournaments, making five cuts. Closed the season 120th on the Points List.
