The 17th hole at the Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass is always scary, yet entertaining for fans. Adding more hazards to make it that much more entertaining would be even more fun to watch.
Some players are getting used to get by now, as this is the 35th year THE PLAYERS Championship has been at TPC Sawgrass. Rickie Fowler sure made it look easy during Round 4 last year, making birdie three times in three tries.
We decided to make the test a bit tougher.
Let's start with sharks ...
Jordan Spieth would not enjoy the 17th hole with the additions of four great white sharks.
"I'm very, very much afraid of sharks. I don't like them," Spieth said at the 2015 Greenbrier Classic.
We're not sure the walkway to the 17th green would support an 8,160-kilogram tyrannosaurus rex.
Is double-par pickup an option?
Rickie Fowler is on the record as saying mexican food is some of his favorite, but a Mariachi band during a tee shot seems excessive.
After the round, guys. Quiet on the tee, please.
