Personal
- In high school, was a two-time, first-team all-state selection and was also made the first-team all-state basketball team.
- Is a third-degree black belt in tae kwon do. His brother is a master fourth-degree black belt.
- Earliest golf memory is watching Phil Mickelson and Fred Couples play at a par-3 contest in Gaylord, Michigan. The first professional shot he ever saw came off the club of Fred Couples lipping out what would have been a hole-in-one.
- Aspires to start a foundation someday. Is not sure what cause it would benefit, be he plans to "change people's lives and give back."

- Termas de Rio Hondo Invitational: Shot a final-round 65, tying for low score of the day at Rio Hondo GC in late-March on his way to a T8 with four others.
- Scotia Wealth Management Chile Open presented by Volvo: Made two birdies over his final four holes to jump into a T7 at Sport Frances GC in mid-December. Finished tied with Matt Oshrine, four shots behind winner Alan Wagner.
- PGA TOUR Latinoamerica Qualifying Tournament USA 2: Only under-par round was a 7-under 65 in the second round, but also used opening and closing, even-par 72s at the CC of Ocala in Florida in mid-November to finish alone in fifth, three shots behind winner Derek Castillo. Will be exempt into all PGA TOUR LLatinoamérica tournaments for the first half of the season

PTLA Qualifying Tournament-Weston Hills CC: Finished T21 at Weston Hills CC’s Tour Course to secure a conditional exemption for the first half of the PGA TOUR Latinoamérica season.
2019 Season
Only made two Mackenzie Tour – PGA TOUR Canada starts, missing the cut in both.

Mackenzie Tour-PGA TOUR Canada Q-School-CANADA: Earned conditional Mackenzie Tour – PGA TOUR Canada status while still an amateur with his T36 finish in Courtenay, British Columbia in May.
Amateur Highlights
- Named a 2018 Ping All-American first-team selection and a second-teamer in 2019.
- Was a 2019 Palmer Cup player. Went 1-2-1 in his four matches, winning his singles match against David Nyfjall, 3 and 1.
- Was member of the 2018 All-Nicklaus Team.
- While playing at Grand Valley State, was the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Year in both his junior and senior years.
