Welcome to the 2nd Annual Dominion Energy Charity Classic! The first Playoff event of the Charles Schwab Cup Championship. In addition to the thrilling competition you will witness this week at The Country Club of Virginia’s James River Course, the Dominion Energy Charity Classic will also provide fans with plenty of unique social experiences.
Here is a quick guide of what you need to know while you’re here...
The top players from the PGA TOUR Champions will be competing for a chance to not only win the Dominion Energy Charity Classic, but also to advance deeper into the Playoffs at the PowerShares QQQ Championship and ultimately, the Charles Schwab Cup title. Off the course, the tournament will feature equally compelling food, venue and entertainment options.
Located between Holes 1 and 18, fans can take a break from the action by visiting the Fan Zone presented by Henrico County and enjoying all that it has to offer. Grab a bite to eat at the concessions stand and food trucks, and stop by the Dominion Energy Solar Spot mobile phone charging station to ensure you and your cell phone remain fully charged during the tournament!

Return of the Mac: Fire the cheese lovers, this is a must stop! Try their Straight Mac'N, the "staple dish that started it all," or embark on your own adventure by choosing from a variety of gourmet cheeses. Arroz: "Simple. Fresh. Grilled." What more can you ask for from a food truck that makes burritos, bowls and salads with healthy ingredients? Pick your protein and load up on veggies, rice and salsa for an authentic, satisfying meal. Firehouse Bar-B-Que: If you're in the mood for authentic, southern BBQ, look no futher than Firestone Bar-B-Que. All of their meats are hand-rubbed and smoked with hickory wood for 12 to 16 hours, and everything on their menu is made from scratch.
Grapevine: Serving authentic Greek and Italian cuisine, including salads, pizza, sandwiches and entrees. Grey Goose 19th Hole: Be sure to stop by the Grey Goose 19th Hole for a quick refreshment at the turn. Go figure… Bacardi and Grey Goose beverages will be featured.
Michelob ULTRA BAR: You may have seen this traveling watering hole at other tournament or sporting events, and this year it makes its debut at the Dominion Energy Charity Classic.
Sweet Frog: North America’s tastiest and “hoppiest” self-serve frozen yogurt franchise. These nonfat, no sugar added flavors include Georgia peach, apple pie, very strawberry, pomegranate raspberry tart, and more.
One thing that always happens to fans when they are at a golf tournament... They want to play golf too!!! Teaching professionals from the Middle Atlantic PGA will be available to help you improve your golf game by taking a few swings in the hitting nets! You can also challenge your family and friends to a putt-putt contest on our mini-golf course! So grab a friend, make a friendly wager and see who can make the lowest score.
Kids of all ages are welcome to play, create and learn with Imagination Playground! Kids can use their imagination to build their own playground using the blue cubes, cylinders, bricks and cogs.

Don’t want to miss any college or NFL games while you watch the best PGA TOUR Champions players compete for a spot in the Charles Schwab Cup Championship? The brand new Videoboard presented by Allianz Worldwide Partners has you covered. It will broadcast college football on Saturday and the NFL on Sunday.
Exposition Village will include over several tents from various tournament sponsors, including Cologuard, PartnerMD, Pearson Infiniti, the official vehicle of the Dominion Energy Charity Classic, will also have several vehicles on display.

Stop by the Information Tent to chat with a member of The Country Club of Virginia’s host committee. You’ll also see them roaming the golf course—look for them in the green shirts—and feel free to ask them questions.
The top 72 players in the Charles Schwab Cup standings will tee it up at The Country Club of Virginia for a chance to head to Los Angeles in the top 54, to compete for in the PowerShares QQQ Championship.
LIVE PROJECTED STANDINGS
In partnership with WestRock, the Dominion Charity Classic will offer exciting, upgraded experiences to veterans and military during tournament week.
1. Military Personnel Complimentary Grounds Admission Program - Active duty, National Guard and Reserve military members, military retirees and their dependents will receive complimentary Grounds admission. Military Veterans also receiive complimentary Grounds admission. To get your tickets, please click here.
2. Birdies for the Brave Patriots Outpost presented by WestRock - All military guests and their dependents will be treated to complimentary food and beverages and a relaxing venue for viewing the tournament in the Birdies for the Brave Patriots’ Outpost Presented by WestRock, a military-exclusive hospitality venue located adjacent to the 10th green, open Friday-Sunday at The Country Club of Virginia’s James River Course.
3. Pro-Am Military Caddie Program - On 2 p.m. Thursday of tournament week, up to 20 active duty or veteran service members will have the unique opportunity to caddie for a PGA TOUR Champions player for one hole during the Official Tournament Pro-Am.
4. Military Appreciation Ceremony - A Military Recognition Ceremony immediately following play on Friday, October 20th on the 1st tee which will honor our nation’s heroes with a National Anthem performance, a Joint-Services Color Guard and remarks from military dignitaries and PGA TOUR Champions leadership. Estimated start time is 5:05 pm.
VCU Health, in addition to providing spectators with first aid care, will also offer you the opportunity to embark on the “VCU Health Walk,” a 1-mile walk around the course. Watch the best PGA TOUR Champions golfers compete while walking the course and reading fun wellness facts provided by VCU Health.
You won’t want to miss the crowning of the Dominion Energy Charity Classic Champion! Immediately following tournament play on Sunday, October 22nd, (approximately 5:10 pm) go to the 18th green to see the winner up close and snap a few photos of the champion. Who knows? He could go on to win the Charles Schwab Cup!

Parking Fee Parking will be $5 per car. Cash or credit card accepted on-site at the General Parking lot. Parking passes cannot be purchased in advance. Volunteers will park for free with display of their volunteer credential.
Shuttle There will shuttle from General Parking to the James River Course. The shuttle ride will be approximately 15 minutes and the shuttle will be free of charge.
There will be no parking at The Country Club of Virginia, James River Clubhouse for the general public.
