COVID-19 Information

Safety of our spectators and players are our top priority. The items below are subject to change based on rules and restrictions set out by the city and county. For a full list of the guidelines and frequently asked questions please visit the Pima County website.

Face Masks/Coverings— Spectators will be required to wear a face mask or covering at the Cologuard Classic unless the guest is eating or drinking.

Prior to Arrival – All spectators are encouraged to take their own temperature and review the CDC’s symptom questionnaire before departing to Tournament. If spectator’s temperature is 100 degrees or higher, please seek medical advice and do not attend the Tournament.

Arrival to Tournament – FDA approved non-contact wrist thermometers will be utilized at each parking lot PRIOR to spectators getting on a shuttle bus. Temperature checks will also take place at the Main Entrance for those that arrive without taking a shuttle.  All guests must register a temperature of 100.4 degrees or lower to access the event.

Sanitizers – Stationary hand sanitizer units will be placed throughout the golf course at the entrances, restrooms, and concession locations. Attending individuals will be encouraged to bring their own small bottle of hand sanitizer.

Sanitizing Process – All venues and equipment will include sterilization protocol multiple times throughout the day and a thorough cleaning nightly by SOLO Events Group, a COVID-19 sanitation crew to execute this process.

Social Distancing – Once on-site, spectators will be asked to maintain a 6-foot separation from other individuals, unless the party has arrived together.

Payment Methods – All major credit cards will be accepted at all Concession locations. Non-cash transactions are recommended.

Autographs – For the safety of the players and gallery members alike, autographs will be prohibited at the 2021 Cologuard Classic.

CABOOSE CUP AM-AM (MONDAY, February 22)

Parking for the Caboose Cup Am-Am is located on-site at Omni Tucson National Clubhouse. All Caboose Cup Am-Am participants must display their Monday Am-Am parking pass to gain access to the course.

All participants will be temperature screened and must record a temperature of 100.4 or less to board the shuttle. Parking is limited, please carpool if you can.

JOSE CUERVO PRO-AM PARKING (WEDNESDAY, February 24)

Parking for the Wednesday Jose Cuervo Pro-Am is located on-site at Omni Tucson National Clubhouse. All Pro-Am participants must display their Wednesday Pro-Am parking pass and proof of their negative Covid-19 test results to gain access to the course. Parking is limited, please carpool if you can.

JOSE CUERVO PRO-AM PARKING (THURSDAY, February 25)

Parking for the Wednesday Jose Cuervo Pro-Am is located on-site at Omni Tucson National Clubhouse. All Pro-Am participants must display their Wednesday Pro-Am parking pass and proof of their negative Covid-19 test results to gain access to the course. Parking is limited, please carpool if you can.

PREFERRED PARKING- (FRIDAY - SUNDAY, February 26 - February 28, 2021)

Preferred Parking is located at Pima Community College Northwest Campus, Friday - Sunday. 

All guests parking in the Preferred Parking lot MUST have a Preferred parking pass. This lot has been reserved for only for those that purchased a hospitality package. Complimentary Shuttle service will be provided to and from Omni Tucson National Golf Resort. All guests must review what items are prohibited PRIOR to boarding the shuttle.

All participants will be temperature screened and must record a temperature of 100.4 or less to board the shuttle.

Friday Shuttle Service:  8:30am - 6pm

Saturday Shuttle Service: 8:30am - 6pm

Sunday Shuttle Service:  8:30am - 7pm

DISABLED GUEST PARKING

Disabled Guest Parking is available for those displaying a certified Arizona license plate in our PREFERRED PARKING lot at Pima Community College Northwest Campus. (Friday - Sunday, February 26 - February 28, 2021) .  Complimentary Shuttle service will be provided to and from Omni Tucson National Golf Resort. All guests must review what items are prohibited PRIOR to boarding the shuttle.

FROM TUCSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (TIA) to Omni Tucson National Resort

Exit the Tucson International Airport onto Tucson Boulevard. Turn right onto Kino Boulevard. Turn onto Interstate 10-West. Exit the freeway onto Cortaro Road. (Exit 246). Continue about 3.5 miles and turn left onto Shannon Road. Turn right at the Omni Welcome Center. Continue on National Club Drive. Turn right into the Resort at the base of National Club Drive. FROM PHOENIX SKY HARBOR AIRPORT: (APPROX. 1.5 HOURS)

Both I-17 and I-10 access Sky Harbor Airport. Upon departing the airport, look for Tucson directional signs that point the way to I-10 East. Omni Tucson National Resort is on the northwest side of Tucson, approximately a 90-minute drive from Sky Harbor Airport. Exit the freeway at Cortaro Road (Exit 246) and turn left (east) on Cortaro Road. Drive approximately 3.5 miles, then turn left onto Shannon Road. Omni Tucson National Resort sign will be on the wall facing the intersection on the northeast corner. The entrance is approximately 200 yards from the intersection. Bag Policy

6" x 6" or smaller and clear plastic vinyl or other carry items not exceeding 12" x 6" x 12"

The PGA TOUR prohibits these items at sanctioned events:

No backpacks, seat cushions, or coolers of any kind.

No chair bags (folding chairs are permitted, however the sleeves that holds them are not).

No lawn or oversize chairs.

No pets except for service animals.

No opaque bags larger than 6" x 6" x 6" (in their natural state) will be permitted.

No clear tote bags, plastic, vinyl, or other carry items larger than 12" x 6" x 12".

No video cameras at any time.

No cameras permitted after Wednesday.

No radios, televisions, or other electronic noise-producing items.

No whistles, horns, or noise makers.

No signs, banners, poles, or rods.

No alcoholic beverages may enter or leave the tournament.

No outside food or beverages may enter the tournament except for medical or infant needs.

No plastic, metal, or glass containers except for medical or infant needs.

No weapons of any kind may enter the tournament including, but not limited to, firearms and knives.

No computers or laptops.

No fireworks or laser pointers.

No illegal substances.

No other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by the PGA TOUR Tournament Security.

All items are subject to search. You will be asked to return all unauthorized items to your car before you are allowed to board shuttles.

The Cologuard Classic does NOT provide a check or locker facility, so attendees are urged not to bring restricted items. Please note: diaper bags and medical necessities will be permitted, but searched.

The Cologuard Classic reserves the right to refuse or withdraw admission privileges to any guest who fails to comply with tournament standards.

All portable chairs must be removed from the course each night.

Verbal remarks, as well as banners, posters, T-shirts, or the like, that belittle, defame, or criticize any of the players are not permitted.
