The American Family Insurance Championship Pro-Am is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for you and your guests. Your group will have the opportunity to play University Ridge Golf Course, in Madison, WI, partnered with a PGA TOUR Champions professional. Included in each pro-am package is:

• A premium gift package for each participant each day he/she participates in the event.
• A commemorative photo with your PGA TOUR Champions professional.
• Food and beverage
• Tournament tickets for each participant and a guest.

*You will have the option to mix and match players daily for two-day groups.

• $26,000 - Two Day Package (8 playing positions)
• $15,000 - One Day Package (4 playing positions)
