Personal
- Was an accomplished high school baseball player in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Quit the sport after his sophomore year to completely focus on golf with the intent of earning a college scholarship to the University of Arizona.
- Father was an educator, serving as assistant principal and athletic director at Buena High School in Sierra Vista, Arizona.
- Father, Greg, a native of Lethbridge, Alberta, played for Canada in the 1977 Little League World Series. He later represented Canada on the country's baseball team at the 1987 Intercontinental Cup and Pan American Games. He also competed in the 1988 Baseball World Cup and was a member of the Canadian Olympic team in 1988, posting the best batting average of any Olympian that year. He went 7 for 13, scoring three runs and posting 3 RBIs.

2022 Season
Played in nine PGA TOUR Canada events, making four cuts. Finished the year No. 92 on the Fortinet Cup standings.

PGA TOUR Canada Q-School USA West 2: Came up clutch in the final round at Soboba Springs GC in San Jacinto, California in mid-April. Shot a 4-under 68 to move inside the top five, earning a T5 with former Arizona teammate Brad Reeves and amateur Noah Goodwin. Earned PGA TOUR Canada status for the first half of the season.
2021 Season
Played in six Forme Tour tournaments, making one cut and posting one top-25. Finished the season 103rd on the Points List.

Mackenzie Tour-PGA TOUR Canada Q-School-USA West 1: Held the second-round lead at Soboba Springs GC in California in late-March, following back-to-back 69s. Struggled to a 2-over 74 in the third round and began the last day tied for second, three shots behind 54-hole leader Jeffrey Kang. Was 3-over for the day as he played the tournament’s final hole. Chipped in for eagle at No. 18, which was enough to get him into a playoff with George Markham for the final exempt spot for the first half of the season. Fell to Markham in a playoff that lasted three holes. Will be conditionally exempt on the Mackenzie Tour.
