Located in the scenic environs of Southwestern PA, chances are we're not too far from your front door. In fact, Washington County is just about an hour's drive from Pittsburgh proper and less than 400 miles from many of the nation's hubs, including Baltimore and Washington, D.C., Charleston and Charlotte, Cleveland and Columbus and New York and Philadelphia.

Washington County is home to the new Meadows Racetrack & Casino (where more than 3,500 slots, 60-plus table games and live harness racing await), the Washington Wild Things baseball team (celebrating its 10th anniversary season) at CONSOL Energy Park and PONY Baseball and Softball (home to the annual world series tournament).

You can rediscover history here. The county's heritage sites include 23 covered bridges, The David Bradford House, Duncan & Miller Glass Museum, The LeMoyne House, Meadowcroft Rockshelter and Historic Village, the National Road and the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum.
