Registration

Volunteer registration opens February 2013. We expect positions to fill quickly, so please secure your volunteer position soon after registration opens. Volunteer Committee Descriptions and the Terms & Conditions information will be posted on the registration page. Please review both documents before proceeding with your registration.

Volunteer Requirements

Volunteers are required to purchase the Official 2013 Hotel Fitness Championship Volunteer Package and should be available to work 3-4 shifts, each of approximately 5 hours (schedule is specific to your volunteer assignment).

The minimum age to volunteer is 18 for most positions. Prospective volunteers ages 13-17 may be considered for some positions providing they can work the minimum number of shifts required. For information on junior volunteer opportunities, please contact Sally White, Tournament Manager.

Official 2013 Hotel Fitness Championship Volunteer Package:

  • Two (2) logoed golf shirts
  • One (1) hat or visor
  • One (1) volunteer credential, valid for volunteer's entry to the Championship all week
  • Food and beverages on days you volunteer
  • One (1) weekly ticket for guest entry to the Championship

Price: $50.00

Volunteer package items will be distributed during committee training sessions within 30 days of the Championship (dates TBA).

Committee Selection

Volunteers are given the opportunity to select three committee preferences. You will be notified of your assignment by email within two weeks of submitting your application. Positions are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Committee schedules will not be distributed until closer to the Championship.
