South Carolina Charities, Inc. has selected 20 charities to benefit
from the 2013 golf tournament. Each charity will have the
opportunity to raise funds for their organization by participating
in tournament-sponsored programs including ticket sales, pro-am
foursome sales and by having individuals volunteer on behalf of
their charity.
The 2013 charities include: 100 Black Men of the Upstate, Child Evangelism Fellowship of Greenville, Child Evangelism Fellowship of Spartanburg, Dogs for Autism, The First Tee of Greenville, Greenville Tech Foundation, Inc., Harvest Hope Food Bank, JDRF - Greater Western Carolinas Chapter, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA), New Foundations Home for Children, Palmetto Animal Assisted Life Services (PAALS), Play Safe, Inc., The Reserve at Lake Keowee Charitable Foundation, Ronald McDonald House of the Carolinas, Scottish Rite Foundation, Shriners Hospitals for Children - Greenville, Spiritual Two-A-Days, and The Walker Foundation for the SC School for the Deaf and Blind. Since 2001, the tournament has raised more than $9.25 million for 150+ charities. |
