The venue that propelled Tiger Woods to his second FedExCup title is back on the world No. 1's schedule in 2013.

Tiger Woods' website confirmed on Wednesday that he will tee it up at The Barclays next week. The FedExCup Playoffs opener is traditionally held in the New York area, and Woods tied for second at the 7,400-yard Liberty National in 2009. Woods finished at 8 under there, one behind winner Heath Slocum.

Woods' start next week is his third in four tournaments. He is gunning for an unprecedented third FedExCup title, having won the season-long championship in 2007 and 2009.
