FORT WORTH, Texas -- The final twosome of Matt Kuchar and Matt Every have just started their final rounds Sunday at the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial.
Kuchar led by one stroke after 54 holes, but he was the co-leader when he actually teed off, as Graham DeLaet birdied the opening hole to tie Kuchar at 11 under.
Low scores look to be available in the final round. Franklin Corpening, a Fort Worth native who grew up playing at Colonial, shot an 8-under 62 and finished at 8 under.
Brian Stuard is 5 under through 12 holes and is at 9 under.
Josh Teater and Scott Stallings have started strong; each is 3 under on their rounds on the front nine.
On the other end of the leaderboard, last week's winner of the HP Byron Nelson Championship, Sang-Moon Bae, struggled on Sunday, shooting a 7-over 77 that left him at 6 over and tied for last with Bobby Gates.
Gates also shot 77, but his round included a hole-in-one at the par-3 13th.
