Low 72-hole scoring marks on TOUR

Phil Mickelson has shot 24-under 189 through three rounds at the Waste Management Phoenix Open (TPC Scottsdale is par-71) and needs a final-round 64 or better to set a PGA TOUR record. Here are the low 72-hole scoring marks on TOUR:
