It's not unusual for a guy trending strongly who then breaks through to experience a rapid decline. His win in New Orleans capped a run of four consecutive top 10s, but he's gone 1-for-2 since with a T41 at the Memorial. Given the dynamics and field depth of both events, the timing could be coincidental, but he also carded three rounds of 75 or higher in his last six rounds. Nevertheless, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt due to impressive form otherwise, he's a great fit for TPC Southwind. Ranks 29th in fairways hit, T30 in greens in regulation, 16th in strokes gained-putting and 15th adjusted scoring. This is also his fourth appearance, so he should know his way around the property.
