Bo Van Pelt has withdrawn from the Farmers Insurance Open. He’s been replaced in the field by Shane Bertsch. Southern Californians Jason Gore, who tied for 29th last week at the Bob Hope Classic, and Ted Oh led the list of Monday  qualifiers. Also making the field were Len Mattiace and Jeff Hart.
