Just when it looked like Rocco Mediate was losing control of the tournament, he eagled the par-5 15th to give himself a four-stroke lead. Mediate holed out from the fairway -- his third hole out of the tournament -- with his 111-yard approach shot. This has been quite a tournament of fireworks for Mediate, who hasn't won since 2002, as he also made a hole-in-one on Thursday. As he walked down the fairway after the hole out today, he could be heard saying "I don't know. This is silly." Mediate is now 17 under for the tournament.
