Paramus, N.J. – Fans at The Barclays this year will have more local, flavorful food options than ever before, thanks to the arrival (beep! beep!) of eight food trucks on site this year for the first time.  Located in the Spectator Village near No. 17, fans can enjoy nearly every cuisine imaginable, from Thai food to pizza to lobster rolls. Get your appetite ready, because just five weeks remain before the top 125 players on the PGA TOUR return to Paramus, N.J., and The Ridgewood Country Club for the first FedExCup Playoffs event.

    Featured food trucks include:

Aroy-D, the Thai Elephant - Bringing the best of authentic Thai street food directly to you, like Pad Thai, Drunken noodles, Curry Puffs and Thai Dumplings.  Aroy-D means very yummy!

The French Quarter – A New Jersey native and Cajun/creole cuisine expert brings  his love of New Orleans to a corner near you, featuring po’ boys, jambalaya, muffalettas and beignets.

The Cow and The Curd – Their award-winning Wisconsin Battered Fried Cheese Curds bring a taste of the Midwest to the East Coast. Remember, this is NOT a mozzarella stick!

Empanada Guy – One of the fastest-growing food trucks in New Jersey, Empanada Guy is making a run at bringing these Spanish delicacies (beef, chicken, cheese, chorizo, crab and lobster, to name a few) to the mainstream.

Lombardi’s Pizza Co. –  Delicious, wood-fired pizzas are cooked right before your eyes, bringing the flavors of Naples in a way that rivals any brick-and-mortar pizza joint.

Luke’s Lobster –  Get lobster on the move at Zagat's top-rated NYC food truck! “Mobstas” flock to this truck for its fresh, buttery lobster rolls, shrimp rolls, and crab rolls.

ModCup Coffee –  ModCup is on a mission to ensure the finest fresh coffee experience, importing green coffee beans from all over the world.  No cup is sold that is more than 14 days past its roast date.

The Taco Truck -- The Taco Truck brings all-natural, authentic Mexican street food to sustainable restaurants and food trucks.

“We’re thrilled to bring so many popular food trucks from the region to The Barclays this year, giving our fans nearly unlimited options to enjoy while they’re watching the best players on the PGA TOUR compete,” said The Barclays Executive Director Peter Mele.  “While world-class golf is what everyone comes to The Barclays to see, they have so much more to experience outside the ropes as well.

“We’ve got concerts with Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes and The Irish Rovers on Friday and Saturday – and the food trucks will be up and running for those, too – not to mention things to do and see in the MasterCard® Club, Astellas Women’s Pavilion and Horizon Blue Cross Wellness Pavilion.  We’re excited to provide an upgraded experience to our fans in just a few weeks.”
