Your support of the 3M Championship will benefit emergency care programs at Allina's United Hospital Mercy Hospital and Unity Hospital. This year Allina's Abbott Northwestern Hospital has earmarked its portion of the proceeds for the Virginia Piper Cancer Institute. In 2008, the 3M Championship donated over $1.3 million to the hospitals. The tournament has donated over $14 million to charity since 1993.

At Mercy Hospital and Unity Hospital
Mercy Hospital and Unity Hospital are non-profit hospitals that have been serving the northern Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area for more than 35 years. Together Mercy & Unity have almost 550 beds, employ more than 3,000 employees and are affiliated with more than 700 physicians. For more than 35 years they have been serving more than 250,000 households in the North Metro. Nearly 100 adults and teens volunteer time on behalf of the hospitals.
