 Since the inception of both the former Constellation Energy Classic and the Senior Players Championship, nearly $9
million dollars has been generated for charity.
Beneficiaries of the 2008 Constellation Energy Senior Players Championship include The First Tee of Baltimore, Kennedy
Krieger Institute, Union Memorial Hospital and the Baltimore Community Foundation/BGE Community Assistance Fund.

| The First Tee of Baltimore |
The mission of The First Tee is to impact the lives of young people by providing learning facilities and educational programs
that promote character development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf. Through its Life Skills Experience,
the First Tee teaches participants how to become responsible, productive young adults, while also teaching them a game that
can last a lifetime. The First Tee has nine core values - sportsmanship, confidence, integrity, perseverance, respect, responsibility,
judgment, courtesy, and honesty. The First Tee started in 1998 and now operates through a network of 197 chapters in 41 states
and five countries. The First Tee of Baltimore operates at Clifton Park Golf Course, part of the Baltimore Municipal Golf
Corporation, and projects to reach 1,500 young people over the next three years.

| Kennedy Krieger Institute |
| Kennedy Krieger Institute is an internationally renowned center for research, treatment, education, and training focused on
problems that affect the child's developing brain. Established in Baltimore City in 1937, the Institute treats over 10,000
children annually. Services include a 70-bed hospital, outpatient services and clinics, a lower and middle school for children
with complex disabilities, and community-based programs and affiliates. Diagnoses addressed include - but are not limited
to - autism, cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome, genetic and metabolic disorders, mental retardation, spina bifida, traumatic
brain/spinal cord injury, lead poisoning, feeding problems, behavioral management, learning disabilities, and ADHD.

| Union Memorial Hospital |
Union Memorial Hospital is a non-profit organization and member of MedStar Health, the largest health system in the region.
As one of Baltimore's top specialty hospitals, Union Memorial is home to the largest and most comprehensive sports medicine
program in the area. For more than 25 years, Union Memorial Sports Medicine has been treating Maryland's athletes --
from little leaguers and high school athletes, to professionals, weekend warriors and seniors. And now Union Memorial
has enhanced the program by opening the Arnold Palmer SportsHealth Center, which provides active adults fast access to sports
medicine physicians, and the opportunity to be fast-tracked to the many other services and specialists within the hospital.

| Baltimore Community Foundation/BGE Community Assistance Fund |
| The BGE Community Assistance Fund helps customers with financial and energy management challenges to maintain their electric
and gas service. Administered by the Baltimore Community Foundation, the BGE Community Assistance Fund distributes financial
resources to organizations like the Salvation Army, community action agencies, and other community-based organizations that
help customers who are facing service disconnection. Through the Fund, BGE contributes substantively to organizations that
provide strategic direction to the issues, policies, and programs that impact the limited income community at-large.
