Hole	Par	Yards
1	4	385	This easy opening hole was lengthened by 17 yards three years ago. A 3-wood tee shot will avoid the fairway bunkers, and should carry the corner, leaving a short-iron second shot.
2	3	213	This is a surprisingly difficult par 3 with bunkers on either side of a narrow green and a creek running just right of the greenside bunker.
3	4	406	A divided fairway gives players a choice off the tee. Most will play down the right side, which affords a much better view of the green for the second shot. A deep bunker left of the green can be trouble.
4	4	465	The tee shot here must carry a fairway bunker. Go too far left and you're blocked by trees. The large green has a swale in front. Get in the wrong place on the green and you're looking at a three-putt.
5	5	522	Consistently the easiest hole on the course, this short, downhill par 5 yielded 13 eagles last year. A good drive leaves a middle- to long-iron second shot over water to a small green.
6	4	424	This hole requires crossing water and then approaching a tricky green guarded by bunkers and water. Water runs the entire right side and could come into play off the tee as well.
7	5	556	This is a tough driving hole. When the back right tee box is used, the tee shot must carry nearly 250 yards to clear a fairway bunker. Few players will reach the narrow, two-level green in two.
8	3	209	This is a very pretty hole -- if you like water. The green is flanked by water on the front, back and right. Bunkers await short shots, and a possible three-putt awaits anyone who doesn't get it close on the large green.
9	4	450	This long hole has a wide fairway, but don't miss it right off the tee or with the second shot. A creek guards the right side of the fairway, and there's a lake right of the green.
10	4	407	This is a fairly easy hole if you miss the fairway bunkers. Don't be long with the second shot, because a creek runs behind the green.
11	5	579	This is the longest hole on the course. A bunker and creek split the fairway. Longer hitters might fly the creek and bunker, but shorter hitters will play it safe to the left. A bunker also fronts the two-level green.
12	3	171	The two-level, undulating green is the most difficult on the course to putt. Deep bunkers guard the green on the right, and trees all around can make gauging the wind for tee shots difficult.
13	4	414	The hole turns left, but the fairway leans right, sometimes taking what appear to be good tee shots into the trees. A 3-wood here will help players guard against that.
14	4	473	Even though it's long and straight, this par 4 usually plays as the most difficult hole on the course. It's out-of-bounds left, and a creek runs behind and to the right of the green. In 2000, No. 14 accounted for 90 bogeys, 13 double bogeys and 1 triple bogey.
15	3	176	This is a deceptive hole that can catch players off guard because of the undulating green.
16	4	408	Most players will hit a long iron off the tee to avoid the fairway bunker that runs down the right side, from 150 yards out to the green.
17	4	409	This is one of the prettiest holes at Annandale, but it forces a choice. Players have the option of bailing out left or playing to the island off the tee. In either case, there is water to contend with in approaching the green.
18	5	532	Water comes into play on every shot at this hole, but don't expect PGA TOUR players to be shy here -- especially if they need an eagle or birdie. The green is big enough to hold a 3-wood or long-iron second shot. It's a great hole for pros to finish on.
