Transferring of Product:

Transfer or resale of any RBC Canadian Open product is strictly prohibited without the written consent of the RCGA Tournament Office.

Cheque Policy:

There are no personal cheques, please make Company cheques payable to the RCGA/ Royal Canadian Golf Assoication.

Cancellations:

Corporate Hospitality Product is subject to an administration charge of 50 percent if cancelled before May 1, 2009. Cancellation after May 1, is only subject to a refund if the product is resold by the RCGA. In the latter case, a refund, net of a 50-percent administration charge, will be issued, The RCGA reserves the right to cancel accounts that are 90 days past due.

Lost Credentials:

The RCGA is NOT responsible for, and will NOT replace, lost or stolen badges, passes, vouchers or parking tags

Access to grounds:

Credentials must be worn and be visible at all times while on site during tournament week.

Junior Policy:

One junior aged 15 and under will be allowed complimentary grounds access only when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Juniors will not be granted access to restricted areas, such as Marquees, Skyboxes, Champions Club and Clubhouse without purchase of the appropriate badge for the restricted area.

Delivery of Tickets:

Corporate tickets and packages will be distributed at Orientation meetings approximately six weeks in advance of the Tournament. Public tickets will be mailed 4-6 weeks in advance of the tournament.
