The MasterCard Pro-Am- September 7, 2009

1.  One playing spot with a PGA TOUR professional on the Championship Course, Dubsdread, at Cog Hill Golf & Country Club.
2.  Groups will consist of four amateur contestants and one PGA TOUR professional.
3.  One tee gift package including a commemorative picture plaque of your group.
4.  Four weekly badges that include admission to the tournament grounds for the entire week, Monday-Sunday.
5.  One VIP parking pass for Monday, September 7, 2009.
6.  Two invitations to the awards reception following play.

The Chick Evans Memorial Pro-Am- September 9, 2009

2.  Groups will consist of three amateur contestants and one PGA TOUR professional.
3.  One tee gift package including a commemorative picture plaque of your group.
4.  Four Weekly Badges that include admission to the tournament grounds for the entire week, Monday-Sunday.
5.  One VIP parking pass for Wednesday, September 9, 2009.
6.  Two invitations to the pairings draw party on September 8, 2009.
7.  Two invitations to the awards reception following play.
