CADDIES: Register the professional caddies, maintain the caddie area, and distribute and collect
caddie bibs and towels. Sun.-Sun.
CART CONTROL: Maintain and distribute all golf carts used during the tournament, including charging
and preparation of carts for the next day. Mon.-Sun.
CHILD CARE: Assist the PGA TOUR staff in providing childcare for the children of the players.
Mon.-Sun.
COMMUNICATIONS: Answer incoming telephone calls during tournament week, provide requested
information, or direct calls to other areas. Organize and control radios and cellular telephones including check-out,
check-in, and charging. Mon.-Sun.
FAN ENHANCEMENTS: Monitor crowds, assist in keeping lines moving at inflatables, rock wall, etc.,
in the interactive area for fans (both adults and children). Thurs.-Sun.
FINANCE: Assist the tournament staff in receiving all cash generated from the tournament admissions
gates. Issue tickets daily to the Admissions Committee. Cash checks for Players and Caddies. Financial background
preferred. Mon.-Sun.
HOSPITALITY: Control access to hospitality areas by assuring only those with proper credentials
enter, maintain noise control. Assist as hosts for sponsors and guests. Maintain the Hospitality Will Call area.
Wed.-Sun.
LOCKER ROOM: Assist the Players in the locker room to help ensure their needs are met.
Sun.-Sun.
LEADERBOARD & SCOREBOARD: Post scores of the leaders on the 18th Hole Leaderboard and assist
the Scoreboard calligrapher. Thurs.-Sun. Assist with the installation of Electronic Leaderboards Advance Week.
MARSHALS: Provide spectator control from stations along all golf course tee boxes, fairways, crosswalks,
and greens. Spot and protect players' balls that are outside the ropes. Maintain quiet during a player's stroke.
Prevent unauthorized photography. Escort players from the green to the next tee. Mon.-Sun. Greatest needs
are Thurs.-Sun.
PLAYER REGISTRATION: Register the PGA TOUR Professionals, Sun.-Wed. Provide Player/Family
assistance by giving information to the families of the professionals to make their stay more enjoyable. Thurs.-Sun.
PRACTICE FACILITIES: Maintain spectator control and assist players at the tournament practice range
and putting green. Sun.-Sun.
PRO-AMS: Greet, register and provide assistance and
information to amateur contestants. Assist with amateur golf bags. Assemble and distribute gift packages to amateur contestants.
Assist with the verification of handicaps and scoring. Sun.-Wed.
PRODUCT CONTROL & DISTRIBUTION: Receive, control, and distribute supplies for tournament use,
including pairing sheets, programs, and on course refreshments for use by the players. Receive and distribute supplies
needed by vendors and tournament employees. Mon.-Sun.
SHOTLINK LASERS: Assist at stations (the best seats in the house) on every hole in the fairway
and at the green to track the location of each player's ball using a laser sighting device. Easy to follow instructions
will be provided. The information collected is used by the PGA TOUR, television, plus local and worldwide media.
Thurs.-Sun. plus hands on practice Wed.
SPECTATOR INFORMATION: Staff information booths to answer questions, direct spectators and hospitality
patrons, and provide general information. Wed.-Sun.
STANDARD BEARERS: Walk with each group of golfers for the entire round and display their scores
in relation to par on a Scoring Standard. This position is a great opportunity for teenagers or parents and children.
Wed.-Sun.
TRANSPORTATION: Coordinate the distribution of tournament vehicles to PGA TOUR players and special
guests. Maintain master record of all vehicles and the player to whom they were assigned. Pick up players and
VIPs from airport. Provide shuttle transportation for volunteers from Volunteer Parking to Volunteer Headquarters.

TOURNAMENT OFFICE: Beginning three weeks prior to the event, support tournament staff by answering
phones and performing various office duties. 2/5-3/5
TV LIAISON: Provide on course assistance to the Television Network. Thurs.-Sun.
VOLUNTEER HEADQUARTERS: Maintain volunteer headquarters in the hotel, providing hospitality and
information. Mon.-Sun.
UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION: Distribute volunteer uniforms during advance week Volunteer Meetings.
Sell additional shirts as available. Assist in producing volunteer badges. 2/19-2/24
WALKING SCORERS: Walk with a group of players during the Pro-Am and Tournament rounds, entering
stroke, scoring, and statistical information into a hand held device. Wed.-Sun. (Wed. required for new walking scorer
volunteers)
WILL CALL: Serve as a distribution center at an off-site location for credentials and passes left
for guests of Players, Officials, Hospitality Sponsors, PGA TOUR Staff, and members of the Media. Mon.-Sun.
