Policies for Spectators

PROHIBITED ITEMS - IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

CELL PHONES, FOOD, COOLERS, BAGS BIGGER THAN 6" X 6" X 6", BACKPACKS, LADDERS, SIGNS, BANNERS, RADIOS OR SIMILAR DEVICES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ON THE GROUNDS. NO CAMERAS OR VIDEO CAMERAS WILL BE ALLOWED DURING COMPETITION ROUNDS, THURSDAY OCTOBER 8TH THROUGH SUNDAY OCTOBER 11TH. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE BROUGHT INTO OR TAKEN FROM THE GROUNDS OF HARDING PARK GOLF COURSE. FOR SECURITY PURPOSES, YOU HERBY CONSENT TO THE REASONABLE INSPECTION OF YOUR PERSON AND PROPERTY BEFORE ENTERING THE PRESIDENTS CUP 2009.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Observe the video boards throughout the golf course for "Weather Warning" signs that will appear if The Presidents Cup 2009 becomes aware of inclement weather moving into the area. Should this warning appear, spectators are advised to take precautions and seek shelter prior to play being suspended. If the siren sounds, put down your umbrella and seek shelter immediately. Avoid the following: bleachers, tall trees or isolated trees, high places, open fields, golf carts, bodies of water, metal or wire fences. Please tune to local news stations and media outlets for updates on possible delays.

TICKETS
Tickets must be displayed at all times. All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds. The Presidents Cup 2009 is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. The resale of tickets is prohibited on the course, in the parking lots or on surrounding roads. Violators will have tickets confiscated. Children 12 and under will be admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult (one child per person, grounds access only).

TIPS FOR SPECTATORS
Please do not ask for autographs prior to or during competition rounds. Please stay behind the gallery ropes and cooperate with the marshals' direction. Please remain quiet and still throughout each shot until all players in the group have played. Please watch your step and walk carefully. Running is prohibited on the golf course. Please dispose of trash in the receptacles provided throughout the golf course.
