Perez's 60 is second super-low round at Bob Hope
 

Pat Perez shot a stellar 60 on the Arnold Palmer Private Course at PGA West Wednesday to seize the first-round lead at the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic. This is not Perez's first time going low at this event, though.

In 2003, Perez posted a bogey free 11-under 61 on the Bermuda Dunes course in 2003. A quick look at some of the statistics from Perez's two rounds shows that he was a little longer off the tee and more accurate in this year's round than in 2003, but he did have one more birdie on the par 5s in 2003.

Perez is scheduled to play the Bermuda Dunes Course on Friday.
