Matt Every Tied for 26th in his only appearance in 2010. Played the final round in the third-to-last group and shot 77. Shared third place at last week's Mayakoba, his second top-six finish of the year. Co-led the field in birdies at El Camaleon and ranked T9 in putting. The Florida native plays an aggressive game. While he's 88th on TOUR in greens hit, he's 12th in birdie average and 31st in adjusted scoring..
Charlie Wi He's played in all five editions at PGA National, and with repeated success. Placed T13 in 2007, then T9 in 2009 and solo eighth in 2010. Forgotten victim of Phil Mickelson's historic win at Pebble Beach three weeks back. Wi was attempting to go wire-to-wire for his first PGA TOUR victory but settled for solo second.
Ricky Barnes Solo fourth here last year. Ranked T2 in greens in regulation for the week. Finished alone in third place at Pebble Beach three weeks ago. Ranks 65th on TOUR in GIR and 25th in scrambling.
Rod Pampling First appearance at PGA National but he has two top-15 finishes in four starts this year. Also ranks seventh in total driving, 41st in greens in regulation and 23rd in the all-around. Recorded one of his two PGA TOUR victories on Bermuda greens (2006 Bay Hill).
George McNeill Shared 12th at the 2010 Honda when he went out in the penultimate twosome in the final round. Just one top 20 of four cuts made in five starts this year, but he's 36th on TOUR in Strokes Gained-Putting, seventh in scrambling and T30 in bogey avoidance.
