Shades of Red: Tiger's Sunday ensemble

The PGA TOUR can be an unpredictable place when it comes to fashion, but there's always one thing you can be certain of: Tiger Woods' Sunday Red -- no matter the tournament, no matter the season, no matter his position on the leaderboard. Woods began the tradition in 1996 and has consistently worn some form of red shirt in the final round of all tournaments he plays ever since. It is partially a nod to his alma mater -- the Stanford Cardinal -- and partially because he believes the color symbolizes his aggression and assertiveness in the game. The plain-white stripe

Leaving behind the amgiguously red shirts of Tiger's younger days on TOUR, the Tiger we know now rarely steps out on Sunday in anything that's not royally red. When he won THE TOUR Championship -- and the inaugural FedExCup -- in 2007, he wore this strong red polo shirt with a horizontal, white stripe.
