| Current Year Nationwide Tour Highlights |
| Opened the season with a 15th-place finish at the Movistar Panama Championship but didn't hit his stride until posting two runner-up finishes in three starts, beginning near his former college campus at the University of Georgia. Finished the Athens Regional Foundation Classic at 15-under 273, just one shot shy
of winner Martin Laird-who birdied the final hole for the win. The strong finish propelled him into the top 20 on the money list, a position he would keep the rest of the season. Two weeks later, carried a three-stroke lead into the final round of the Fort Smith Classic, but a final-round 70 and a bogey on the last hole led to a one-shot loss to Jay Williamson. His 15-under 195 total through three rounds equaled the low 54-hole score of the season. Collected $46,200 for his efforts, moving all the way to eighth on the money list. Notched the second victory of his career at the Northeast Pennsylvania Classic, making birdie on two of the final three holes and finishing the event at 14-under 270, one stroke clear of Richard Johnson and Patrick Sheehan. The win helped him share Player of the Month honors in August with Nick Flanagan. Also posted top-10 finishes at the Price Cutter Charity Championship (3) and the Xerox Classic (T4). Had a hole-in-one on No. 6 during the second round of the Peek'n Peak Classic. More |
