The 2013 Michelob ULTRA FOURSOME of Chad England, Scott England, Nicholas Patti and Jason Gilroy concluded their four-day coast-to-coast trip to four of the nation’s top public golf courses, including a stop at the iconic Pebble Beach Golf Links on July 20, 2013 … a fitting end to another once-in-a-lifetime golf journey.

Featuring a series of unique courses and climates, the 2013 ULTRA FOURSOME was easily the most challenging to date.  Beginning at the site of The Players Championship, The Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass, the ULTRA FOURSOME was tested early and often.  Ultimately, Chad England was able to par the famous 17th hole, an unforgettable memory for any golfer.

Home to the 1991 Ryder Cup, The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island was the next stop, and the intense heat made an already difficult golf course that much tougher.   Thankfully, there was plenty of ice cold Michelob ULTRA on the private jet for the five-hour flight to Bandon, Ore.

Golf Magazine’s No. 1 public golf course in 2012, Pacific Dunes, was the third stop and offered relief from the heat, but introduced winds of 15-35 mph to create yet another test for the ULTRA FOURSOME.  Despite the winds, the 15th hole yielded the first birdie of the trip to Nicholas Patti.

The host of multiple U.S. Open Championships, the Pebble Beach Golf Links was the perfect ending to a perfect trip.  Cool temps and light winds allowed the 2013 ULTRA FOURSOME to simply enjoy the experience of one of the most storied courses in all of golf.

While this epic golf trip is over, the story of the 2013 ULTRA FOURSOME will live on forever as Chad, Scott, Nicholas and Jason created buzz among golfers throughout the country and are now, officially, Michelob ULTRA Ambassadors for life.
