Camilo Villegas was the biggest mover of the 2011 FedExCup Playoffs. Villegas started the Playoffs at No. 109 in the standings and finished 33rd thanks to a trio of top-25 finishes.

Chez Reavie, who entered the Playoffs at No. 76, charged up 66 spots to No. 10 thanks in large part to his runner-up finish at the Deutsche Bank Championship. Reavie followed that performance with an 8th-place showing at the BMW Championship.
